Hats off to Opinion Page contributors David Vail and Lloyd Irland for their concise evaluation of what hampered the advancement of the Central Maine Power hydropower line: Outside money injected in great zeal by the greed of outside power companies.
Time to wake up, and endorse this project for the benefit of Maine ratepayers.
