Coyote Island is the Biddeford-based indie folk act that was started and is fronted by multi-instrumentalist Mike O’Hehir.
O’Hehir has much to be happy about lately as Coyote Island was signed to Ineffable Records and released the track “Casio Magic” in January, which features rapper and reggae singer Matisyahu.
A few weeks ago Coyote Island released the bouncy and optimistic tune “Everyone Need Love” featuring Surfer Girl (Carter Reeves).
A full-length album is set to be released in June.
In the meantime, Coyote Island is touring with Florida’s The Hip Abduction and that run of shows starts on April 19.
Locally, you can see Coyote Island with Skosh at Sun Tiki Studios on April 14.
