Lauren Dennen and Charlotte Taylor each scored four goals and Asja Kelman added three as Greely broke away in the second half to beat Yarmouth 13-5 in a girls’ lacrosse match Wednesday in Yarmouth.

Jenny Mendrano finished with two goals and Addyson Babcock made three saves for the Rangers (10-1), who outscored Yarmouth 9-2 in the second half. The defending Class B champions won their ninth straight game.

Yarmouth (7-3) got three goals from Lauren Keaney. Freshman goalie Grace Keaney made 10 saves.

MARSHWOOD 15, SCARBOROUGH 0: Sarah Theriault recorded five goals and three assists to lead the Hawks (7-2) to a win over the Red Storm (2-7) in Scarborough.

Izzy Young scored four goals and Lindley Gory added a pair. Goalie Lauren Walker stopped all eight shots she faced.

LINCOLN ACADEMY 7, MORSE 6: Marley LeBel and Mariam DeLisle each scored three goals to help the Eagles (7-2) edge the Shipbuilders (5-5) in Bath.

Zofie Day also scored for Lincoln. Hunter Gilmore and Scarlett Stone split time in net for the Eagles, combining for 10 saves.

THORNTON ACADEMY 14, BONNY EAGLE 2: Morgan Bolduc netted five goals and Ayala Littlefield chipped in with three as the Trojans (7-3) topped the Scots (2-8) in Saco.

Amelia Benoit and Emma Boissoneault each scored twice.

Julia Ryan scored both goals for Bonny Eagle. Molly Hamilton made 13 saves.

SOFTBALL

BIDDEFORD 12, GORHAM 11: Mariah Villandry’s sacrifice fly in the bottom of the ninth inning capped a four-run rally as the Tigers (10-1) pulled out an extra-innings win over the Rams (8-4) in Biddeford.

Baylor Wilkinson led Biddeford with four hits, including a three-run homer. Winning pitcher Charlotte Donovan and Eliza Doyon each added two hits.

Makayla Quintal and Sawyer Vondehaar hit back-to-back home runs in the fourth inning for Gorham, which erased an early 5-0 deficit.

SOUTH PORTLAND/WESTBROOK 14, THORNTON ACADEMY 2: The Red Riots (9-3) took control with an eight-run first inning and cruised past the Golden Trojans (5-5) in a five-inning game at South Portland.

Ella Nickerson went 3 for 4 with a triple, two RBI and two runs scored. Winning pitcher Andrea DiMauro had three RBI, and Madison Cole, Haley Ball and Grace Wallace each drove in two runs.

Izzy Miner hit a single and a double for Thornton.

WINDHAM 11, PORTLAND 1: Stella Jarvais hit a two-run homer in the first inning, and Brooke Gerry struck out 14 and allowed only two hits as the Eagles (10-1) beat the Bulldogs (3-8) in a five-inning game at Windham.

Jarvais, Gerry, Addie Caiazzo and Chloe Edwards, Stella Jarvais all tallied two hits for Windham.

POLAND 7, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 5: Gretchyn Paradis threw a four-hitter, struck out 10, and contributed three hits and two RBI as the Knights (10-1) rallied past the Raiders (4-8) at Fryeburg.

Khloe O’Leary had a double and a single, and Nicole Rioux hit an RBI double for Poland, which broke a 5-5 tie with a run in the sixth, then added another run in the seventh.

Jilyan Byrne had an RBI triple for Fryeburg, which led 3-0 after two innings.

BRUNSWICK 17, CAPE ELIZABETH 6: Skyler Augustine and Gabby Swain both drove in four runs as the Dragons (7-3) rolled past the Capers (5-5) in a five-inning game at Brunswick.

Sophia Morin launched a home run in the fourth inning for Brunswick, which was helped by 12 walks.

Winning pitcher Caitlin Seitz allowed only three hits, though Cape Elizabeth scored six unearned runs in the third inning.

CHEVERUS 8, MASSABESIC 4: Hailey Lamontagne belted a double and a home run, helping the Stags (6-5) beat the Mustangs (3-7) in Portland.

Madison Bunnell-Parker, Kelsey Cassidy and Izabella Napolitano Aberle all hit a double for Cheverus. Ashley Connor allowed three runs on eight hits to get the win.

YORK 22, TRAIP ACADEMY 2: Lindsay Rivers paced a 16-hit attack with three hits and four RBI as the Wildcats (11-1) cruised past the Rangers (0-11) in a five-inning game at Kittery.

Maddie Fitzgerald homered and also finished with four RBI, and McKayla Kortes hit a triple.

Ella Moon allowed only one hit and struck out seven.

MARSHWOOD/BERWICK 12, DEERING 3: Piper Canatase hit for the cycle and totaled seven RBI to power the Hawks (7-5) past the Rams (1-11) in South Berwick.

Emily Hester added three hits and two RBI while picking up the win in the circle. Bella Pomarico chipped in with two hits and three runs scored.
