Anna Marie Ingalls
Anna Marie Ingalls, longtime resident of Kennebunk, Maine, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2023. She was 76 years of age.
Anna was born on Nov. 19, 1946 in Biddeford, Maine to Ralph and Barbara (Brown) Curtis. She graduated from Kennebunk High School, Class of 1965.
Anna worked at Kennebunk Savings Bank as a Bookkeeper for 20 years and following that she was employed at Brown Street Florist for several years.
Anna enjoyed quilting, knitting, and reading. Most of all, she cherished the time she spent with her family and friends.
Anna was predeceased by her parents, Ralph and Barbara Curtis, and her sister, Karen Dargis.
She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Jarvis and her husband, Anthony, of Arundel, Maine; her daughter, Tara Ingalls of Escondido, California; her brother, Dexter Curtis and his wife, Sally, of Limerick, Maine; her brother-in-law, Paul Dargis; her three grandchildren, Wade, Webber, and Tru, all of Arundel, Maine; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a graveside service held for Anna on Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Pine Grove Cemetery, West Kennebunk, Maine.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Anna’s honor may be made to The Alzheimer’s Association, 383 US-1 #2C, Scarborough, ME 04074.
