Singer-songwriter Amy Helm is a musical apple that didn’t fall too far from the family tree of father Levon Helm (The Band) and singer Libby Titus. The Woodstock, New York, native’s latest work is the stirring and soulful 2021 album “What the Flood Leaves Behind.” She’s also been contributing to other artists’ albums for four decades. Helm’s life has always centered around music, thanks to her parents, and as a founding member of the band Ollabelle and a solo artist with three albums released since 2015. Elizabeth and the Catapult, the moniker of singer-songwriter Elizabeth Ziman, opens the show, and you don’t want to miss her.

British power trio The Len Price 3 is playing in the U.S. for the first time in nearly 16 years. Their shows are stacked with sets from Boston’s The Chelsea Curve and Portland’s Tiger Bomb, along with a performance by The Cynz out of New Jersey. DJ Sherman will keep things rolling in between bands with British mod, pop and power pop from several decades. Hardcore fans of The Len Price 3 take note: The band will be at Electric Buddhas at 556 Congress St. from 5-6 p.m. for a meet-and-greet session.

Reserve your spot for a seat at a performance by Ethio Classic Quartet. The four musicians are Ethiopia’s first and only all-women classic quartet. Enjoy their music with complimentary coffee, tea and cookies. Your ears will be treated to the sounds of Selamawit Aragaw Erikhun (first violin), Meron Regassa Lemessa (second violin), Kelemework Tekle Woldegiorgis (cello) and Yeshumnesh Taye Beyerra (flute). When the music ends, be sure to see the exhibit “Maine on Display: Nineteenth Century Wall Maps Bird’s Eve Views,” where you’ll see detailed maps of several states, cities, towns and counties.
