Windham Town Clerk Linda Morrell and Deputy Town Clerk Judy Vance have been named Town Clerk and Deputy Town Clerk of the Year by the Maine Town and City Clerk Association.
“Linda Morrell and Judy Vance are true public servants,” Rep. Barbara Bagshaw said.
Bagshaw presented the awards to Morrell and Vance Oct. 10, along with congratulatory letters from the Legislature.
The awards were sponsored by Bagshaw, Rep. Jane Pringle and Sen. Tim Nagle.
