NASHUA, N.H. — A New Hampshire man has been accused of breaking a 2-year-old girl’s arm earlier this month.
Nashua police said they were called to a local hospital on Sept. 10 when the girl was brought in to be treated for a fractured arm. She’s since been released.
Police investigated and arrested 28-year-old James Duff on a second-degree assault charge Monday.
They said he was taking care of the girl and had picked her up forcibly by the arm.
