FALMOUTH — The town borrowed an electric car this week for councilors and staff to drive and for the public to see in operation.
The Nissan Leaf, which is 100 percent electric, was borrowed from the Greater Portland Council of Governments. Charging was provided at TideSmart, 380 U.S. Route 1, which has one of the first electric vehicle charging stations in the state.
