Arrests

8/8 at 1 a.m. Thomas Grinnan, 24, of McKeen Street, Brunswick, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olson on U.S. Route 1 on charges of operating under the influence of drugs and possession of Schedule W drugs. Grinnan was also issued a summons on charges of possession of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

8/11 at 9:16 p.m. Joseph Smith, 45, of Seafarer Lane, was arrested by Officer Eric Bryan on Windjammer Way on a charge of domestic violence assault.

8/11 at 9:55 p.m. Luke Toothaker, 22, of River Road, Brunswick, was arrested by Cpl. Jason Aucoin on Commercial Street on a charge of domestic violence stalking.

8/13 at 9:33 p.m. Wayne Marchand, 45, of Moores Drive, Windham, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on Windjammer Way on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Summonses

8/14 Scott Howe, 47, no address listed, of Bridgton, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on Washington Street on a charge of operating with an expired license for more than 90 days.

8/18 at 7:42 a.m. Cpl. Michelle Small responded to the report of the door to a Washington Street residence being kicked. The home is vacant and owned by a bank, and no entry was gained, according to police.
