It would be prudent for the town of Falmouth to have the company responsible for the installation of gas pipelines notify all residences on the designated roads that they would be fully responsible for any damage to all and any pipelines going from the street to the residential or non-residential properties. The terms should be set forth by written contract to each owner of said properties.
