1/29 at 12:27 a.m. Tyler O’Donnell, 22, of Brunswick, was arrested by Officer Jeff Pardue on Route 1 for violating condition of release.

1/31 at 4:08 p.m. Cathlynn Difrancesco, 55, of Portland, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Dan Hatch on Longwoods Road.

Summonses

1/7 at 6:01 p.m. Andrew Lane, 40, of Litchfield, was issued a summons by Officer Daniel Austin on Blueberry Lane on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

2/1 at 11:33 a.m. A 17-year-old girl, of Biddeford, was issued a summons by Lt. John Kilbride on Mackworth Island on a charge of disorderly conduct.

2/1 at 11:33 a.m. A 17-year-old boy, of Sanford, was issued a summons by Lt. John Kilbride on Mackworth Island on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Drive-through deception

1/27 at 7:03 p.m. Police responded to a complaint at Dunkin’ Donuts on Route 1 and found a customer had reportedly tried to use a counterfeit $50 to buy two small coffees. Police are uncertain if the customer knew the bill was fake and will follow up with the Secret Service.

Sent packing

1/28 at 3:53 p.m. While responding to another call at Walmart, an officer was approached by a manager who reported two intoxicated men were talking about shoplifting. The men also allegedly approached customers to ask for money. Police issued the men disorderly conduct warnings and put them on a bus home.

Spring break rehearsal

1/28 at 11:13 p.m. Six police cruisers were sent to a reported underage drinking party at a rented house on Route 1. As many as 70 underage party goers, many from the Buxton area, reportedly scattered as police arrived. Tyler O’Donnell, 22, of Brunswick, was arrested by Officer Jeff Pardue for violating condition of release. Police say others may be charged in the incident.
