HARPSWELL — The Harpswell Community Housing Trust and the town are partnering to sponsor the second Home Energy Market at Harpswell Community School on Saturday, Oct. 1, at 3 p.m.

The market will showcase businesses, services and products that offer homeowners energy efficiency improvements.  Several workshops will explain the latest energy-saving programs and products. There will also be refreshments, entertainment, and prizes.
