5/31 at 2:04 a.m. William McCall, 28, of Windham, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Melissa Savage on a charge of violating bail conditions.

5/31 at 5:28 a.m. Dennis Fairweather, 26, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Hanson Road by Officer Timothy Dalton on charges of burglary that inflicts or attempts bodily injury during the crime, domestic violence assault with priors, unlawful possession of cocaine with priors, unlawful possession of a schedule W drug, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, kidnapping to terrorize and violating bail conditions.

5/31 at 8:18 p.m. Timothy Pilz, 22, of Buxton, was arrested on County Road by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of operating under the influence of drugs, possession of marijuana, and sale/use of drug paraphernalia.

6/2 at 8:30 a.m. Christopher Villella, 23, of Saco, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a warrant from another agency.

6/3 at 1:24 a.m. Eric Cabana, 47, of Foxcroft Drive, was arrested on Foxcroft Drive by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime.

Local man arrested for kidnapping, burglary, domestic violence

May 31 at 5:28 a.m. Police arrested Dennis Fairweather, 26, of Old Orchard Beach, on Hanson Road for a list of charges including kidnapping, burglary and domestic violence assault, as well as multiple drug charges. He was transported to Cumberland County Jail where he was processed and released on $1,000 bail June 3.

Police reported that early in the morning May 31, Fairweather’s girlfriend drove up to a parked police cruiser and reported the alleged crimes against her, including attempts to strangle her, hit her in the face, and death threats should she contact police or leave her house. She also reported Fairweather was allegedly using cocaine before he attacked her.

Fairweather taken to Cumberland County Jail, and eventually released on $1,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in District Court Aug. 17.
