YARMOUTH — The Bicycle and Pedestrian Action Team will partner with members of the Bicycle Coalition of Maine to teach Yarmouth students and parents about bicycle safety.
A bike rally will be held Tuesday, Sept. 22, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Harrison Middle School’s upper parking lot. Participants are encouraged to bring helmets and bikes to learn about cycling skills and basic bicycle maintenance.
The cost is $5 per cyclist, and parents and students from grade 1 and up are invited. The rain date will be Thursday, Sept. 24. For more information, call 846-2406.
