10/31 at 8:58 p.m. Austin Kolby-Mitchell Ulrich, 18, of North Bennington, Vermont, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kevin Theriault on a charge of operating without a license.
11/1 at 8:49 p.m. Carol A. Plummer, 45, of South Portland, was arrested on High Street by Officer Brian McCarthy on charges of operating under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.
11/1 at 9:42 p.m. Ronald K. Johnson, 32, of Brunswick, was arrested on Mill Street by Officer Kaitlyn Thurlow on charges of terrorizing, tampering with witness information and violating conditions of release.
11/3 at 12:24 a.m. Kyle A. Bellfleur, 31, of South Portland, was arrested on Wainwright Circle by Officer Jeff Warren on charges of domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening.
11/6 at 1:11 a.m. Joseph J. Spadavecchio, 27, of River Forest, Illinois, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Jonathan Stearns on a charge of operating under the influence.
