Adrienne Saltz wins Principal’s Award
Adrienne Saltz of Westbrook, a senior at Westbrook High School, has been selected to receive the 2008 Principal’s Award. The award, sponsored by the Maine Principals’ Association, is given in recognition of a high school senior’s academic achievement and citizenship.
According to Marc Gousse, school principal, “Adrienne has distinguished herself in all facets of our school’s academic and co-curricular offerings. She exemplifies the qualities of leadership, initiative, and versatility.”
He continued: “In all that she aspires to accomplish and achieve, Adrienne raises the bar higher and sets the standard for excellence. Most importantly, she has done it with pride and dignity. She exemplifies excellence in all that she commits to and achieves. Adrienne is an outstanding young woman who is a model for all others to emulate.”
