Tawni Whitney is a bright young woman who has many creative ideas. On that basis alone I would vote for her. She is a Freeport resident who has already contributed a great deal to the community through her volunteer and organizing work and she is poised to commit her energy and willingness to listen to Freeport Town Council work.
Whitney is a thoughtful listener, an energetic worker and her interests – creative and conservative use of public money, concern for seniors and those experiencing difficulties, and willingness to bring a fresh approach to community concerns – will serve the Freeport community well. I urge you to elect Tawni Whitney to the at-large seat on the Freeport Town Council.
