BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Sept. 1 to Sept. 14, 2018:

• Nicholas S. Pommenville, 25, of Biddeford, was arrested for aggravated assault and a probation hold.

• Gary W. Zyskowski, 34, of Wells, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating conditions of release.

• Tammy A. Belanger, 42, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal mischief and violating conditions of release.

• Elizabeth Tremablay, 61, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Cory L. Sabatino, 36, of Biddeford, was arrested for a probation hold.

• David A. Fitzgerald, 48, of Biddeford, was arrested for assault, a probation hold and for an outstanding warrant.

• Candace M. Strout, 30, of Manchester, was issued a summons for operation of a defective vehicle.

• Whitney S. Giles, 30, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

• Devlin P. Turgeon, 24, of Biddeford, was arrested for criminal mischief.

• William B. Dyment, 21, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for violating a restriction on the use of commercial fireworks.

• Regina A. Gilbert, 28, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for the sale/use of drug paraphernalia.

• Dale E. Everett, 66, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Romer M. Mendez-Rosario, 18, was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Dale E. Everett, 66, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Daniel P. Markham, 55, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Shaun E. Spencer, 49, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Hannah L. White, 34, of Portland, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

• Brent C. Dashnow, 28, of Milton, Vermont, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and the sale/use of drug paraphernalia.

• Heather V. Pendleton, 35, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.

• Dale E. Everett, 66, of Biddeford, was arrested for drinking in public.

• Lincoln A. Little, 55, of Biddeford, was arrested for drinking in public.

• Janie Johnson, 19, of Freeport, was arrested for criminal mischief and for an outstanding warrant.

• Karyn S. Poisson, 50, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

• Timothy S. Harris, 49, of Portland, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Christopher R. Saunders, 40, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Kelly J. McAlinden, 47, of Saco, was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Michael Sargent, 35, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Jacey J. Hagood, 21, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked (OUI) and violating conditions of release.

• Stanley G. Dennison, 50, of Portland, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

• Jaime Pineda, 18, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Malinda A. Frank, 20, of Plano, Texas, was issued a summons for a minor possessing liquor.

• Sophie D. Ireland, 18, of Shelburne, Vermont, was issued a summons for a minor consuming liquor.

• Michelle M. Paquette, 28, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

• Katie L. Skillings, 21, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release.

• Brent C. Dashnow, 28, of Milton, Vermont, was arrested for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, violating conditions of release and the sale/use of drug paraphernalia.

• Jessica Carroll, 28, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for refusing to submit to arrest or detention and assault.

• Shania L. St. Onge, 20, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault and minor consuming liquor.

• Monique M. Sargent, 36, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Todd C. Sargent, 36, of Biddeford, was arrested for using a counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker.

• Gregory L. Mulkern, 34, of Portland, was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use and prohibited use of marijuana in a motor vehicle.

• Derek M. Grenier, 22, of Dayton, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Michael Sargent, 35, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

• Brianna L. Phinney, 22, of Raymond, was issued a summons for negotiating a worthless instrument and violating conditions of release.

• Rebecca R. Person, 26, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle following habitual offender revocation with a prior offense, violating conditions of release and for an outstanding warrant.

• Alan D. Lagueux, 44, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

• Michael J. Herrick, 38, of Wells, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Billy L. Kinney, 44, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for flammable or combustible liquids.

• Javon S. Weathers, 21, of Greensboro, North Carolina, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked.

• David S. Violette, 42, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating a protection from abuse order and a probation hold.

• Richard S. Rogers, 49, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal trespassing and violating conditions of release.
