A spokesman for the Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor says Robert “Bobby” Tardif died Monday.
Tardif had been in critical condition.
A sheriff’s department official says Tardif was riding with another person on Oct. 31 when their ATVs rolled over in the roadway. The other rider was not seriously hurt.
Police say Tardif suffered head injuries.
