Denmark Arts kicks off its season by presenting a performance by Lott String Quartet from New Orleans. The musicians are Kurt Munstedt, Benjamin Thacher, Rachel Hsieh and Luke Fleming, and they’ll be playing contemporary and romantic classical music, including George Walker’s Lyric for Strings and Mendelssohn’s final String Quartet in F minor.

Rob Babson, Dean Clegg and Troy R. Bennett are three old friends and also the musicians in Unfinished Blues Band. See them play live on Saturday in Freeport. If you’re staying put at home, the show will also be livestreamed on the Cadenza Facebook page.

The Renovators, led by singer and guitarist Bob Rasero, have been churning out rock-solid blues since the mid-’90s. With tunes like “All She Left Was the Blues,” “Caught the Blues” and “12 Bar Blues,” you’ll be seeing the world through blue-colored lenses as you rock out at Lenny’s.
