Maine DOT expects this year to seek bids for Frank J. Wood Bridge replacement despite lawsuit
The Maine Department of Transportation plans to go out to bid this year to replace the Frank J. Wood Bridge between Topsham and Brunswick. It also plans to pave sections of Route 196 in Topsham and Lisbon, Route 125 in Bowdoin and Bowdoinham and Route 197 in Richmond.
