    FEB. 6 WMC CHAMPIONSHIPS: Emma Egan of Yarmouth goes for the state record of 5 feet 5 inches after winning the high jump event at 5 feet at the Western Maine Conference Indoor Track Championships at Costello Sports Complex in Gorham. Egan cleared the height for the record.

    FEB. 6 WMC CHAMPIONSHIPS: Alie Jones of York and Hannah Nightingale of Traip were neck and neck in the 55-meter finals but were beaten by Jocelyn Mitiguy of Yarmouth in the Western Maine Conference Indoor Track Championships at Costello Sports Complex in Gorham. Nightingale was second and Jones was third.
