Allie Gross of Thornton Academy clears the final hurdle to win her heat of the girls’ 300-meter hurdles. The Trojans tied Westbrook for first place with 73 points.
Elisabeth Redwood of Bonny Eagle makes her way to the finish line on her way to victory in the 400 meters with a time of 57.91. Redwood also won the 100 and 200.
Andrew Sholl of Scarborough came from behind in a close finish to win the 800 meters, clocking 2:03.98 – just three-hundredths of a second ahead of Marshwood’s Biruk Moore.
Sam Rusak of Scarborough unsuccessfully attempts to clear 15 feet in the pole vault, after winning the event with a clearance of 14-51/2. Rusak also won the high jump and 200 and was second in the 110 hurdles.
