Tucker White was the Division III player of the year as a senior at the University of Southern Maine but wasn’t drafted by a major league team. Now he hopes to catch the attention of scouts as a player for the Surge.
Pitcher Luis Pardo, 30, is the oldest member of the Surge and spent two years in the Houston Astros system after he was drafted in 2007.
