Sisters Magriet, Helen and Caroline use their “sap cycle”, an old jogging stroller retrofitted to hold two five-gallon buckets to deliver the sap from their yard down the street to the Schulte home, about a tenth of a mile away. Together the buckets weigh roughly 80 pounds.
