Cell tower, solar array added to long-term plan for Harpswell’s Mitchell Field
According to Don Miskill, chairman of the Mitchell Field Committee, the master plan needed to be updated after many of the items on the old plan were completed, including the dismantling of the old pier and water tower, and new projects began developing.
