Court documents detail how police found runaway Pownal teenager in Portland

A 23-year-old is facing kidnapping charges related to the weeklong disappearance of the 13-year-old, who was found safe Tuesday night.

Police located the 13-year-old girl, who had last been seen in Freeport on Oct. 6, in a Brighton Avenue apartment while serving a search warrant.

The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office says the 13-year-old is believed to be in the Portland or Biddeford areas.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner confirmed Thursday that 22-year-old Robert Stolt drowned. His death has been ruled an accident.

Early Sunday, the woman’s mother confirmed that she had been in contact with her daughter, who said she was coming home.

The 17-year-old girl was reported missing after leaving her house Friday.

Chester Barrett and his son Aaron Barrett were reported missing Saturday when they did not return from a fishing trip.

Maine State Police said the man was found safe Friday morning.

Madelyn ‘Ash’ Fogg had been reported missing Saturday night, state police said.

Damron was last seen walking out of her family home and into the woods in late September.
