PORTLAND – Seamus Kilbride scored six goals Wednesday to lead Portland to a 15-3 victory against Marshwood in a schoolboy lacrosse game at Fitzpatrick Stadium.

Bronson Guimond and Evan Michalski added two goals apiece for Portland (5-0). Guimond also had a pair of assists.

Brody Stevens, Jeff Hatheway and Andrew Rollins scored for Marshwood (2-2).

 

SCARBOROUGH 10, THORNTON ACADEMY 0: John Wheeler had seven goals and three assists to pace the Red Storm (4-1) past the Golden Trojans (3-2) at Scarborough.

John Blaisdell added a goal and two assists.

Brett Levasseur finished with 12 saves for Thornton.

GIRLS’ LACROSSE

MCAULEY 17, EDWARD LITTLE 6: Sadie Dipierro had four goals and an assist, and Sam Paglia added four goals for the Lions (2-2) against the Red Eddies (0-3) at Portland.

Miranda Casey led Edward Little with two goals and an assist. Tori Couture added two goals.

 

THORNTON ACADEMY 15, BIDDEFORD 1: Erin Kany had three goals and four assists for the Golden Trojans (3-1) against the Tigers (0-3) at Saco.

Jackie Costello added four goals and Michelle Giroux had three.

HEBRON ACADEMY 9, TILTON SCHOOL 8: Zach Nauert collected three goals and one assist, and Kyle Bernier and Matt Bouchard scored twice each to lift the Lumberjacks (4-5) over the Rams (1-8) at Hebron.

PREP GIRLS’ LACROSSE

HEBRON ACADEMY 11, TILTON SCHOOL 4: Tayla Bent scored five goals for the Lumberjacks (4-2), who pulled away from the Rams (1-8) in the second half at Hebron.
