SCARBOROUGH — Cabela’s parking lot is full of barbecues, boats, hunting tents and a few hundred people at the 30th moose lottery today.
The names of the moose-hunting permit winners will be drawn starting at 4 p.m. under the big tent.
The state will issue a record-high 3,862 permits.
