Camden National Corp. promoted 15 employees.

Amanda Bost, a financial consultant in the Bangor office, was named an officer of Camden Financial Consultants.

James Carignan, based in Portland, was promoted to commercial portfolio officer.

Tori Coombs, a branch support and operations coordinator in Camden, was named retail banking officer.

Arissa Egan, a market research analyst in Camden, was named marketing officer.

Stacy Giansiracusa, who works at the company’s service center in Rockport, was named retail banking officer and customer assistance center supervisor.

Becky Grover, a commercial loan administrator in Camden, was named commercial banking officer.

Marcia Guptill, a loan servicing technician at the company’s service center, was named loan servicing officer.

Other individuals who received promotions are:

Robin Harlow, an officer in the Camden office of Camden Financial Consultants, was named assistant vice president and financial consultant.

Stefan Iris, an assistant portfolio manager for Acadia Trust in Portland, was named assistant vice president.

Tracy King, a retail loan officer in Bangor, was named assistant vice president.

Jody Landrith, a corporate services officer, was named assistant vice president.

Devon Perry, compliance manager for Camden Financial Consultants, was named assistant vice president.

Doug Porter, an assistant portfolio manager for Acadia Trust in Portland, was named assistant vice president.

Judy Folsom was named vice president of stakeholder development.

John Frohock was named vice president of special assets.

BOARD APPOINTMENTS

Don Hanson, co-owner and director of Behavior Counseling and Training at the Green Acres Kennel Shop in Bangor, was elected chair of the board of trustees of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. Hanson is a certified professional dog trainer, a certified dog behavior consultant, a Bach Foundation Registered Animal Practitioner and a therapy-dog evaluator.

GENERAL

Hall Internet Marketing in Portland was recently selected as one of the Best Places to Work in Maine. The company has been in the Portland area for more than 12 years. It recently became a founding member of the newly established Casco Bay Technology Hub.

Holden Agency Insurance and its subsidiary Employee Benefits Solutions, was also named as one of the 2011 Best Places to Work in Maine.

The list of the 40 Best Places to Work in Maine and how they rank will be announced at an awards gala on Oct. 11. All companies will be featured in a special supplement produced by Mainebiz.
