RAYMOND – Four people had to be transported to local hospitals following a head-on collision tonight in Raymond.
A dispatcher for the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department said two vehicles collided shortly after 7 p.m. at North Raymond Road and Shaker Woods Road.
The towns of Raymond, Poland and Gray all sent ambulances to the crash site. Three patients were transported to Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, with the fourth taken to Maine Medical Center in Portland.
Their names and the extent of their injuries were unavailable.
