FALMOUTH – Ben Freeman scored from J.T. White with 14:40 remaining to give Falmouth a 2-1 win over York in a clash between unbeaten Western Maine Conference boys’ soccer teams Friday night.

William Bennett put York (3-1-1) on the board 12 minutes into the first half. Grant Burfeind of Falmouth (4-0) tied it with 1:34 left in the half, with an assist from Luke Velas.

CAPE ELIZABETH 3, GREELY 1: Tim Lavallee had a goal and two assists to lead the Capers (2-1-1) over the Rangers (2-4) at Cumberland.

James Barlow and Macklin Sweeney scored just two minutes apart early in the second half to give Cape Elizabeth a 3-0 lead.

Paul Witte had Greely’s goal.

Cape goalie Brett Parker made four saves. Elijah Leverett stopped six shots for the Rangers.

NYA 4, TRAIP ACADEMY 1: Ryan Rousseau scored twice as the Panthers (3-2-1) rallied from a 1-0 halftime deficit against the Rangers (1-4) at Kittery.

D.J. Nicholas and Jacob Scammon also scored for North Yarmouth Academy. Ryan Salerno made seven saves.

Brandon Metevier scored for Traip Academy. Christian Montembeau and Colin Macomber combined for 13 saves.

YARMOUTH 0, FREEPORT 0: Alex Campbell made eight saves as visiting Freeport (3-2-1) played to a scoreless draw against Yarmouth (2-2-1).

Chris Knaub made two saves for the Clippers, who had a 12-2 advantage in shots.

MORSE 1, GARDINER 0: Max Rowson scored 31 seconds into the game as the Shipbuilders beat the Tigers at Gardiner.

Gary Madden had 13 saves for Morse (4-1), while Ben Dickey made seven saves for Gardiner (2-3).

GREATER PORTLAND CHRISTIAN 9, HIGHVIEW CHRISTIAN 1: Ryan Waugh scored three goals to lead the Lions (1-3) past the Knights (0-2) at South Portland.

Luke Bennett added two goals for the Lions, who led 7-0 at halftime. James Rudolph, Eric Pearson, Adam Simpson and Sam Whiting had a goal each.

Gabe Philbrick scored in the second half for Highview.
