YARMOUTH – Katie Millett, Jen Brown and Carly Lappas scored Wednesday to lead North Yarmouth Academy to a 3-0 victory against Waynflete in a Western Maine Conference field hockey game.

Millett added an assist and Elizabeth Coughlin stopped one shot for the shutout for the Panthers (4-2) against the Flyers (2-5).

FREEPORT 4, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 0: Jenny Breau had two goals and an assist to lead the Falcons (5-2) over the Patriots (0-7) at Gray.

Mia Thomas and Katie Turner also scored, and Olivia Rotarri stopped nine shots for the shutout.

YORK 5, WELLS 1: Taylor Simpson scored three goals to lead the Wildcats (6-1) over the Warriors (2-6) at Wells.

Jackie Gamache scored the first goal of the game for Wells and Cari Posternak scored twice for York.

TRAIP ACADEMY 2, OLD ORCHARD BEACH 0: Madeline Lawrence scored less than three minutes into the game, then again with less than a minute remaining as the Rangers (3-4) shut out the Seagulls (1-5) at Kittery.

Ashley Caldwell assisted on the second goal. Emily Bolton didn’t need to make a save in the shutout.

WINTHROP 2, DIRIGO 1: Rachel Ingram scored from Jessica Scott about six minutes into the second half as the Ramblers (5-1-1) beat Dirigo (1-7) at Dixfield.

Lauren Kaiser scored from Mary Claire Blanchard three minutes into the game to give the Ramblers a 1-0 lead. Brittany LaPointe scored from Grace Hebert about two minutes later to tie it.

Alyssa Arsenault had two saves for Winthrop; Betsy Noyes had eight for Dirigo.

KENNEBUNK 1, SCARBOROUGH 1: Austin Downing of Scarborough (4-0-2) and Mike Ottman of Kennebunk (3-1-2) scored first-half goals at Scarborough.

BOOTHBAY REGION 1, WINTHROP 0: Abby McLellan scored as the Seahawks (1-4) downed the Ramblers (0-6) at Boothbay Harbor.

Mikayla McFetridge stopped eight shots for the shutout.

HALL-DALE 4, LISBON 1: Carylanne Wolfington scored three goals to lead the Bulldogs (4-3) over the Greyhounds (4-1-1) at Farmingdale.

Shelby McGibney added a goal and Olivia Maynard saved five shots for Hall-Dale.

Renee Samay-Houle scored for Lisbon.

ST. DOMINIC 3, CARRABEC 0: Kayla McLellan scored twice to lead the Saints at North Anson.

Marley Byrne also scored and Mary Caron had three saves for St. Dom’s. Sarah Larlee made 24 saves for Carrabec.

MONMOUTH ACADEMY 2, WISCASSET 0: Kylie Kemp had a goal and an assist to lead the Mustangs (5-2) over Wiscasset (2-5) at Monmouth.

MADISON 3, MT. ABRAM 1: Melissa White scored two goals and Kirsten Wood added another as the Bulldogs (6-0) beat Mt. Abram (4-2-1) at Madison.
