PORTLAND — The second finalist for Portland school superintendent will meet the public tonight at Casco Bay High School.

Emmanuel Caulk, an assistant superintendent in Philadelphia, will be available in Room 250 at the school from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Casco Bay High School is at 196 Allen Ave.

The other finalist, Marguerite Vanden Wyngaard, deputy superintendent in in Paterson, N.J., met with the public earlier this month.

Caulk and Wyngaard are seeking to replace James C. Morse, who resigned earlier this year. This spring, Morse said he would become a superintendent for a New Hampshire district.
