PORTLAND
Tune in to the late show at Vinland with chef David Levi
Chef David Levi is introducing a late-night menu of small plates at Vinland, his all-local restaurant at 593 Congress St.
The late-night fare will be available from 9 p.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays. The small dishes will include mussels, polenta and Vinland’s take on poutine, and cost in the $7 to $12 range.
Alex Winthrop, the restaurant’s mixologist, has developed a special punch based on Maine Craft Distilling’s Ration Rum just for the late-night crowd.
The late-night options may be extended to weeknights this summer, when Vinland launches its open outdoor seating in Congress Square.
