BIDDEFORD — Two men face charges of trafficking in marijuana after police seized 8.6 pounds of processed marijuana, which police say is worth about $34,500, and 13 marijuana plants.
Police on Monday charged Charles Hayes, 54, and Joshua Binette, 25, both of Biddeford, following a search at 7 Raymond St.
Both were ordered to appear in York County Superior Court in Alfred on Oct. 22. Both men were cooperative during the investigation, police said.
Police also seized $2,700 in cash, which they said is proceeds of drug sales.
