CAPE ELIZABETH — Ellie Schad scored two goals Tuesday night to lead unbeaten Greely to a 3-0 victory against Cape Elizabeth in a Western Maine Conference schoolgirl soccer game.

Kristina Volta also scored and Maddie Cyr made five saves for Greely (6-0).

Tessa Goldstein stopped six shots for Cape Elizabeth (4-3).

LINCOLN ACADEMY 2. BELFAST 0: Ashley Mason sent Lillian Bisset loose on a breakaway for a goal in the first half and the Eagles (5-1) went on to shut out the Lions (1-5-1) at Newcastle.

MT. ARARAT 1, CONY 0: Tory Pelletier scored in the second half on a cross from Nikki Bradstreet as the Eagles (3-2-1) edged the Rams (0-5-1) at Topsham.

FRYEBURG ACADEMY 1, FREEPORT 0: Mackenzie Buzzell set up Julia Quinn for the only goal after 1:15 of the second half as the Raiders (2-2-2) edged past the Falcons (1-5) at Fryeburg.

Quinn’s goal curled into the net from a tough angle. Izzy Qualls made seven saves on eight shots for Freeport. Makayla Cooper recorded five saves for Fryeburg.

GORHAM 3, MCAULEY 1: Emily Esposito scored twice as the Rams (5-1) defeated the Lions (2-3-1) at Gorham.

Esposito’s first goal, the only score of the first half, was set up Dana Shaw. After Ayla Tartre tied it in the 66th minute, Katie Houghton scored off a corner kick by Narissa Libby for Gorham. Meghan Perrin then set up Esposito’s second goal.

MORSE 2, CAMDEN HILLS 1: Brianna Williams tied it in the 25th minute of the second half and Miracle Trimble won it with 13 minutes left as the Shipbuilders (4-2) rallied past the Windjammers (4-1) at Rockport.

SACOPEE VALLEY 2, POLAND 1: Abby Hughes scored with 2:11 left in the first overtime as the Hawks (6-0) beat the Knights (1-4-1) at South Hiram.

After Jade Jordan scored for Sacopee in the 20th minute, Katrina Pratt tied it from Sarah Moody with 5:32 left in regulation.

OLD ORCHARD BEACH 3, WELLS 1: Abby Dubois scored two first-half goals to lift the Seagulls (2-3-2) over the Warriors (0-6) at Old Orchard Beach.

After Wells cut the deficit to 2-1 late in the first half on a goal by Maddie Taylor, Brianna Plante scored with 15 minutes left for Old Orchard.

KENNEBUNK 1, YARMOUTH 0: Sarah Thill scored from the top of the penalty area on a pass from Kendall Dolan five minutes into the second half as the Rams (4-1-1) beat the Clippers (3-2-1) at Kennebunk.

Kyra Schwartzman made seven saves for Kennebunk. Shannon Fallon had nine for Yarmouth.

FIELD HOCKEY

GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 9, OLD ORCHARD BEACH 1: Sara Carder had five goals as the Patriots (1-6) handled the Seagulls (0-8) at Gray.

Emilie Sanborn, Skye Conley, Cara Waltz and Jenny Holmquist also scored for Gray-New Gloucester. Makenzie Rague answered for Old Orchard Beach.

CAMDEN HILLS 2, LINCOLN ACADEMY 0: Macy Buck and Kerran York scored for the Windjammers (3-4-1) at Newcastle.

YARMOUTH 2, CAPE ELIZABETH 0: Kallie Hutchinson opened the scoring on a penalty stroke with 22 minutes remaining and added a second goal 13 minutes later as the Clippers (8-0) edged the Capers (5-4) at Yarmouth.

Tori Messina of Yarmouth finished with six saves, including two on penalty strokes. Mary DiPietro stopped eight shots for the Capers.

FRYEBURG ACADEMY 6, SACOPEE VALLEY 1: Janelle Wiesemann scored three goals for the Raiders (4-3), who closed the first half with three straight goals and downed the Hawks (3-5) at South Hiram.

Mackenzie Hill added a pair of goals and Sydney Andreoli also scored for Fryeburg, which led 4-1 at halftime.

GORHAM 1, CHEVERUS 0: Kayli Leavitt scored during a scrum with 22:34 left to lift the Rams (7-0) over the Stags (5-1-1) at Portland.

KENNEBUNK 5, TRAIP ACADEMY 0: Olivia Sandford, Britney Gregoire, Lindsey Gregoire, Kristen Koch and Kylie DeFeo scored for the Rams (3-5) against the Rangers (2-6-1) at Kennebunk.

YORK 9, WELLS 0: Alie Jones scored four goals for the Wildcats (8-0) against the Warriors (4-4) at York.

GREELY 3, WAYNFLETE 1: Sophia McMonagle had two goals and an assist to lead the Rangers (2-5) over the Flyers (1-5-1) at Portland.

FREEPORT 3, LAKE REGION 1: Bailey Coffin scored the go-ahead goal for the Falcons (5-3) early in the second half – just minutes after the Lakers (3-6) tied it at Naples.

CAPE ELIZABETH 3, CHEVERUS 1: Lydia Brenneman and Rose Punsky had five aces apiece, and Brenneman also had 20 digs to lift the Capers (3-1) over the Stags (0-7) at Portland.

SOUTH PORTLAND 3, CONY 0: The Red Riots (1-5) used a strong service game to sweep the Rams (2-4) at South Portland, 25-13, 25-13, 25-23.

THORNTON ACADEMY 3, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 0: The Trojans (4-2) swept the Panthers (0-4) at Yarmouth, 25-13, 25-10 and 25-15.
