A noise complaint at the home of a Dedham man who was out on bail resulted in four arrests after Maine State Police found $68,000 worth of bath salts, two firearms and some heroin and methamphetamine during a search of the house on Allen Road.

Homeowner Thomas White, 57, was arrested and charged with trafficking in bath salts, said a release from Maine Department of Public Safety spokesman Steve McCausland.

Tami Hayes, 49, of Danforth and Bryon Shedd, 45, of Bangor were charged with possession of bath salts, and Hayes’ son, Adam Hayes, 28, of Danforth was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court on an unrelated drug charge.

During the search, police found three-quarters of a pound of bath salts, a smaller amount of heroin and methamphetamine, over 70 needles, a rife, a shotgun and nearly $800. Police said the estimated street value of the bath salts is $68,000.
