University of Maine wide receiver Damarr Aultman signed an undrafted free agent contract with the Miami Dolphins on Saturday.

Aultman finished his career fifth on the school’s all-time receptions list (162) and seventh in receiving yards (2,061).

He also had 18 receiving touchdowns and two kickoff returns for touchdowns.

U.S. FOUR BALL CHAMPIONSHIP: Joe Alvarez of North Berwick and Ricky Jones of Thomaston shot a best-ball score of 74 in the second round of qualifying at the Olympic Club in San Francisco, California.

Combined with an opening-round 69, the Maine team finished with a 36-hole total of 143, which put them in a tie for 71st. The top 32 teams advance to match play on Monday.

LPGA: Inbee Park won the North Texas Shootout for the second time in three years, closing with a bogey-free 6-under 65 for a three-stroke victory in Irving, Texas.

CHAMPIONS TOUR: Ian Woosnam made a 30-foot birdie putt in a playoff to win the Insperity Invitational in The Woodlands, Texas, for his first Champions Tour title.

Woosnam beat Kenny Perry and Tom Lehman on the first extra hole.
