Firefighters from seven towns were battling a fire late Sunday night at an unoccupied residence in West Falmouth, according to a fire dispatcher.
The dispatcher said no one was home when the fire at 1 Victoria Lane was reported around 10:25 p.m.
But the fire was large enough to draw crews from Falmouth, Portland, Yarmouth, North Yarmouth, Windham, Gray and New Gloucester.
The home is in a rural area of Falmouth between Mountain and Blackstrap roads. There were no reports of injuries.
