HARRISBURG, Pa. — Sam Travis’ two-run double to center capped Portland’s biggest inning since June 19, 2012, as the Sea Dogs scored eight runs with two outs in the fourth inning Sunday to win the final game of their six-game trip, 9-0, over the Harrisburg Senators.

Portland finished 3-3 on the trip.

The Sea Dogs, who lost the first two games of this series by a combined score of 21-7, sent 12 batters to the plate in the fourth inning.

They connected for four singles and four doubles, including consecutive RBI hits by Carlos Asuaje (single), Oscar Tejeda (double), Dustin Lawley (double), Aneury Tavarez (single) and Luis Martinez (single).

Senators’ starter Brian Rauh (1-4) was lifted after Martinez’s hit, but Gilberto Mendez gave up an RBI double to Manuel Margot and walked Tzu-Wei Lin before Travis belted his second double of the inning to make it 8-0.
