Jess Willerson eclipsed the 1,000-point milestone, scoring 15 points and grabbing 11 rebounds to lead McAuley to a 58-36 win over Portland in a Class AA girls’ basketball game Saturday.

Sarah Clement added 11 points and 11 rebounds, and Eva Mazur dished out seven assists for McAuley (12-2).

Reagan Brown and Taylor Sargent each scored 10 points for Portland (0-14).

GORHAM 58, DEERING 23: Emily Esposito scored 18 points and Gorham (14-0) built a 31-6 halftime lead on the way to a victory over Deering (8-6) in Gorham.

Mackenzie Holmes contributed nine points, and Danasia Fennie and Kaylea Lundin each added eight.

WESTBROOK 34, FALMOUTH 30: Alisha Aube’s deep 3-pointer broke a 22-22 tie and the Blue Blazes (7-6) edged the Yachtsmen (5-9) in Falmouth.

Aube finished with 11 points. Abigail Ryan led Falmouth with 17.

OLD ORCHARD BEACH 63, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 19: Samantha Donnell and Vanessa Hebert each scored 11 points as the Seagulls (6-8) beat the Panthers (1-12) in Yarmouth.

Meghan Niedzwiecki and Emily Greenlee added 10 points apiece.

LAKE REGION 63, SACOPEE VALLEY 20: Kristen Huntress scored all of her 17 points in the first half to lead the Lakers (11-3) over the Hawks (5-8) in Naples.

Huntress added five assists, while Chandler True scored 13 points for Lake Region, which led 42-12 at halftime.

Abigail Hughes scored eight points for Sacopee Valley.

PINE TREE ACADEMY 31, ISLESBORO 16: Alex Goodman finished with 15 points, 12 rebounds and six assists to lead the Breakers (8-6) past the Eagles (1-10) at Freeport.

Liz Frye added eight rebounds for Pine Tree, which opened the game with a 9-2 run and extended the lead to 15-4 at halftime.

BOOTHBAY 27, CARRABEC 20: Page Brown scored 18 points to lead the Seahawks (13-1) past the Cobras (8-6) in North Anson.

Kate Stevens led Carrabec with 10 points.

MT. BLUE 40, ERSKINE ACADEMY 33: Eryn Doiron scored 12 points and Caitlin Kane had 11 for the Cougars (5-7) in a win over the Eagles (4-8) in Farmington.

Ally Bonsant and Mallory Chamberlain scored eight apiece for Erskine.

CALAIS 47, FORT KENT 26: Sydney Farrar scored 15 points, including 10 in the second quarter, to lead the Blue Devils (9-5) past the Warriors (6-7) in Fort Kent.

Libby Lapoint scored 11 points for Fort Kent.

WAYNFLETE 58, POLAND 45: Milo Belleau led four double-figure scorers for Waynflete, scoring 15 points as the Flyers (12-2) pulled away from the Knights (6-8) in Poland.

Abel Alemayo and Christian Brooks each added 12 points and Yai Deng finished with 10 for Waynflete, which outscored Poland 19-6 in the fourth quarter.

John Fossett scored 12 points and Patrick Kuklinski had 10 for Poland.

FALMOUTH 76, WESTBROOK 55: Thomas Coyne scored 35 points to pace the Yachtsmen (11-3) to a win over the Blue Blazes (7-7) at Westbrook.

Colin Coyne added 17 points and Sean Walsh scored 10 for Falmouth, which outscored Westbrook 21-11 in the third quarter to build a 60-40 lead.

Westbrook was led by Curtis Knapton with 21 points.

LAKE REGION 82, SACOPEE VALLEY 40: Jackson Lesure scored 22 points and the Lakers (12-2) cruised past the Hawks (1-13) at Hiram.

Nate Smith added 13 points and Ryan Hodgdon chipped in with 11 for the Lakers, who led 46-20 at halftime.

Sacopee Valley was led by Brandon Sloan with 12 points.

OLD ORCHARD BEACH 55, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 21: Evan Christensen scored eight of his 20 points in the first quarter and Erik Hogan drilled a pair of 3-pointers as the Seagulls (11-4) opened a 20-5 lead over the Panthers (3-10) in Yarmouth.

Hogan finished with 11 points. Haven Cutko scored 10 points for NYA.

RICHMOND 49, BUCKFIELD 45: Zach Small scored 24 points and the Bobcats (8-3) held off the Bucks (7-8) in Buckfield.

Zach Grover led Buckfield with 15 points.

ISLESBORO 53, PINE TREE ACADEMY 51: Forrest Boucher scored 35 points to help the Eagles (8-4) hold off the Breakers (8-6) at Freeport.

Jalen Tamalea scored 13 points, Ales Milano added 12 points and Jean-Pierre Tashamala had 10 for Pine Tree, which trailed 45-32 entering the fourth quarter.

SCARBOROUGH 2, CHEVERUS 2: Matt Caron scored the equalizer off an assist from Eric Murray with 13 seconds left in regulation as Scarborough (9-0-1) rallied for a tie against Cheverus (5-5-1) at Troubh Ice Arena.

Cheverus opened the scoring 5:59 into the game on a goal by Luke Trickey, then made it 2-0 on Sean Walsh’s power-play goal with 13 seconds left in the second period.

Caron assisted on a goal by Skylar Pettingill 3:36 into the third.

Cheverus goalie Jason Halverson stopped 30 shots. Ross LeBlond made 16 saves for the Red Storm.

NOBLE/WELLS 6, MASSABESIC/OLD ORCHARD BEACH/BONNY EAGLE 4: Evan Whitten scored four goals to lead the Knights (3-7) over the Mustangs (5-7) in Rochester, New Hampshire.

Noah Pease and Chuck Mahar also scored for Noble.

The Mustangs got two goals from Cameron Roy, and one each from Brandon Caron and Spencer Shields.

GREELY 2, CAPE ELIZABETH 1: Jack Saffian scored the go-ahead goal early in the second period to lift the Rangers (3-9) over the Capers (4-5-2) at Troubh Ice Arena.

Cape Elizabeth jumped ahead on a goal by Alec Riggle midway through the first period.

Greely tied it on a power-play goal by Nathan Gervais later in the first.

FALMOUTH 2, BANGOR 1: Chris Camelio opened the scoring in the second period and Theo Hembre got the eventual winner in the third as the Yachtsmen (9-3) edged the Rams (6-4-1) at Family Ice Center.

Falmouth goalie Spencer Pierce finished with 21 saves.

YARMOUTH 4, YORK 3: Walter Conrad scored twice in the final three minutes to lift the Clippers (10-2) over the Wildcats (8-4) in Yarmouth.

Conrad tied the game with 2:51 to play, then got the winner with 1:11 left.

WINDHAM/WESTBROOK 5, MT. ARARAT/LISBON/MORSE 1: Zack Callahan and Greg Chenard each scored twice for Windham/Westbrook (8-2) in a win at USM Ice Arena.

Greg Buotte also scored and Logan Heckman had two assists.

Tyler Lacascio scored for Mt. Ararat (6-5).

CAMDEN HILLS 9, SOUTH PORTLAND/FREEPORT/WAYNFLETE 0: Cam Christie recorded a hat trick and two assists to lead the Windjammers (9-2) over the Red Riots (3-8-1) at the Mid Coast Rec Center.

Jonah Cameron added a pair of goals, and Perrin Bonnor-Gantnor, Austin Gallant and William Davee scored a goal apiece.

GIRLS’ HOCKEY

CAPE ELIZABETH/WAYNFLETE/SOUTH PORTLAND 3, CHEVERUS/KENNEBUNK/OLD ORCHARD BEACH 2: Kate Ginder scored her second goal of the game to give the Capers (5-10) a 3-1 lead in the third period, and they held on to edge the Stags (10-6) at Troubh Ice Arena.

Erika Miller also scored for the Capers and Hannah Bosworth collected two assists.

The Stags got goals from Caroline Ray and Elizabeth Cain.

GREELY 6, YARMOUTH/FREEPORT/GRAY-NG 2: Danita Storey scored twice during Greely’s four-goal second period as the Rangers (16-0) pulled away from the Clippers (5-10) at Travis Roy Ice Arena.

Emilee McGillicuddy added a goal and an assist. Ellie Schad, Courtney Sullivan and Maura Verrill also scored.

PORTLAND/DEERING 4, BIDDEFORD 3: Portland/Deering (5-11) went ahead 4-1 with three goals in the second period and held on to beat the Tigers (5-10) at Biddeford Ice Arena.

Kerry Wells scored twice and Mia Thurston had the other goal in the second for Portland/Deering.

Paige Laverriere tallied two goals in the third period for the Tigers.

Biddeford’s Emily Thorndike and Portland/Deering’s Lauren McIntyre scored in the first period.

REGIONALS: Defending Class A champion Lewiston earned the best score of the day among all classes as the Blue Devils won the Class A North regional at the Augusta Civic Center.

Other regional champions in Augusta were: Noble, Class A South; Medomak Valley, Class B South; and Dirigo, Class C South.

Old Town (Class B North), Orono (Class C North) and Central Aroostook (Class D) won regional titles at Cross Insurance Center in Bangor.

The top eight teams in Class D and the top six in the other regions qualified for the state championships Feb. 6 in Bangor.
