The Mr. and Miss Basketball awards go annually to the state’s top high school seniors. The Maine Association of Basketball Coaches selects the semifinalists. From there, members of separate selection committees for boys and girls vote for their top five choices among the semifinalists.

The top three vote-getters for each gender will be announced as finalists for the awards after the state tournaments. The winners will be announced at the Maine McDonald’s High School Senior All-Star Banquet on March 11 at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor.
