MANCHESTER, N.H. – Police have a suspect in custody who they say was shooting arrows from out of an 11th floor window in Manchester over the weekend.

WMUR-TV reports officers were dispatched to an apartment building on Armory Street around 10:30 p.m. Saturday following reports of the incident.

Lt. Brian O’Keefe says residents were asked to shelter in place for a period of time until the man, who wasn’t identified, was peacefully apprehended.

The suspect was charged with reckless conduct and resisting arrest. He was taken to an area hospital for evaluation.

Police seized a bag of arrows and a bow from the scene.

The suspect is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday.
