A Saco woman was injured Sunday afternoon when her motorcycle collided with a tractor-trailer in Bangor, police said.
Kristen Dennison, 45, was transported to Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor with non-life threatening injuries following the accident, Bangor police Sgt. Brandon Vafiades said.
He said Dennison was riding with a group of about 20 motorcyclists who were trying to get onto Interstate 95 from Broadway. Witnesses said the riders swung wide to the right, causing Dennison to collide with a Hart Transportation truck that was heading north on Broadway.
Dennison bounced off the truck, causing her to strike two other riders. Those riders, both men, refused treatment and drove off, Vafiades said.
The accident was reported around 12:30 p.m. Sunday.
