A man wanted in New Hampshire was arrested Friday by Maine State Police in Lebanon.

Police said Brett Kimball, 36, of Rochester was arrested by Trooper John Darcy and the U.S. Marshals Service at a house in Lebanon. They said New Hampshire authorities had issued an arrest warrant for Kimball on charges of receiving stolen property and violation of bail.

Police said Brett was also in possession of heroin when he was arrested. He is being held at the York County Jail in Alfred on charges of being a fugitive from justice and possession of heroin.
