Hallowell Buddhist Meditation. Learn the basic principles of Tibetan Buddhist meditation and philosophy. This is not a religious class; all are welcome. Film screening. The public is invited to a showing of “Sister Heart: the Story of an Indian Nun,” a 72-minute documentary film about Maher (“Mother’s Home”), a unique interfaith refuge for battered, at-risk women and children in India. $20, students $5.
