CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Kenny Williams III had 14 of his career-high 19 points in the opening 5 minutes and No. 3 North Carolina routed Radford 95-50 on Sunday.

The Tar Heels (8-1) were coming off a loss at No. 13 Indiana in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge. They had no trouble in this one, though they lost guard Joel Berry II to a sprained left ankle in the second half.

Justin Cousin scored 14 points for the Highlanders (3-5).

(13) INDIANA 83, SOUTHEAST MISSOURI STATE 55: Robert Johnson had 17 points and seven rebounds and De’Ron Davis added 14 points as the Hoosiers (7-1) beat the Redhawks (4-4) in Bloomington, Indiana.

(20) SOUTH CAROLINA 70, FIU 54: Duane Notice scored 27 points and P.J. Dozier had 20 for as the Gamecocks (8-0) beat the Golden Panthers (3-6) in Columbia, South Carolina.

DUKE 74, (3) SOUTH CAROLINA 63: Rebecca Greenwell scored seven of her 29 points in the final 51/2 minutes, leading the Blue Devils (9-1) to an upset of the Gamecocks (6-1) in Durham, North Carolina.

Oderah Chidom added 15 points to help the Blue Devils to their first victory over a top-three opponent since they knocked off then-No. 3 Ohio State in 2009. Duke shot 50 percent and forced the Gamecocks into a season-worst 19 turnovers.

(2) UCONN 72, (14) TEXAS 54: Napheesa Collier scored 24 points and the Huskies (7-0) won their 82nd consecutive game, routing the Longhorns (2-4) in the Jimmy V Classic, in Uncasville, Connecticut.

(1) NOTRE DAME 114, VALPARAISO 54: Freshman Jackie Young scored 20 points as the Irish (8-0) beat the Crusaders (4-4) in South Bend, Indiana.

(4) BAYLOR 88, (22) TENNESSEE 66: Alexis Jones had a career-high 30 points and added 10 assists and nine rebounds for as the Bears (8-1) beat the Lady Vols (4-3) in Knoxville, Tennessee.
