More than 400 customers were still without power Thursday evening, two days after a nor’easter that produced blizzard conditions hammered the state.

All the outages were located in York County with 287 in the town of York as of 4:45 p.m. In South Berwick, 104 outages were reported and 31 were without electricity in Kittery.

York police posted a 24-hour time lapse video on the department’s Facebook page that shows crews working on power lines and removing debris from roads.

CMP is predicting that power will be restored to most homes in York between 8 and 9 p.m.
