Religion Calendar

MONDAY

New Year's Eve Service, 6 to 7 p.m., year-end Praise and Worship service at Stevens Avenue Congregation Church, 790 Stevens Ave., Portland. All are welcome.

FRIDAY

"Dreams: Postcards From the Unconscious," 7 to 9 p.m., with Jeremy Taylor, author of "The Wisdom of Your Dreams." Presented by Chaplaincy Institute of Maine and the Jung Center and held at University of Southern Maine, Luther Bonney Hall, 85 Bedford St., Portland. The cost is $25. SATURDAY

"The Dream Experience: Discovering the Deeper Meaning in Our Dreams," 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., workshop with Jeremy Taylor. Held at Trinity Church, 580 Forest Ave., Portland. The fee is $85. COMING UP

"United in Song and Spirit," 3 p.m. Jan. 6, an Epiphany multicultural concert with music from Africa featuring the Voix des Anges Choir, songs from the Congo, Latin and South American countries and songs in English. Held at Sacred Heart St. Dominic Parish, Mellen Street, Portland. There is a suggested donation of $10 and light refreshments will be available in the parish hall following the concert.
